SHAKTI ORIGINAL
Shakti Original consists of 230 discs. Each disc has got 27 points. The original Shakti Mat therefore consists of about 6,000 points. It is the perfect tool to experience relaxation and refreshment at the same time.
SHAKTI LIGHT
Shakti Light consists of about 8,000 points and is meant for people whose skin is more sensitive and who wish to experience a milder effect. By re-distributing your body weight over a greater number or acupressure points, the effect is milder. Shakti Light is perfectly suited for Shakti Mat Yoga. It is also very good for using it on the buttocks, the face and the stomach.
SHAKTI ECO
With more than 6000 spikes made from biodegradable material and organic cotton, this product does good for the body as well as for the planet.
SHAKTI ADVANCED
Shakti Advanced consists of approximately 4,000 points and was created for people who want a tougher mat.
